1. User Eligibity
Only residents of Legazpi City aged 18 or older (or with guardian consent) may register on PetWise for domestic pets like dogs and cats.

2. User Responsibilities
Users are expected to provide accurate information, keep pet records updated, and comply with applicable local ordinances and policies when using PetWise.

3. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate information, maintain account confidentiality, and understand that each account is non-transferable.

4. Pet Registration and Identification
Pets registered through PetWise are assigned unique QR codes with optional NFC tagging, and must have verified vaccination and reproductive data.

5. Data Privacy and Security
User information is securely stored and accessed only by authorized roles through secure login and access control systems.

6. Use of QR and NFC Tag
System-generated QR codes link to pet profiles, while NFC tags may be user-linked but must not be tampered with or misused.

7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not submit false details, manipulate pet IDs, or use the system in ways that violate policies or ordinances.

8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use or misuse of the PetWise system.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and system features of PetWise are our exclusive property and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Changes to Terms
ise may update these terms at any time, and continued usage constitutes acceptance of the revised conditions.
